  • Approximately 7-10 days after production ends, your items will be sent to our fulfillment center in Atlanta.

• Shipping to You:

  • Once items arrive at our fulfillment center, they will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days.
  • (Estimated shipping date to customers: 1/10/2025; based on 3 Days)

1: What is a pre-sale?
A pre-sale allows you to secure your order for our latest clothing items before they officially launch! Be among the first to receive new products and enjoy exclusive discounts.

Place an order for the product you want during the pre-sale period. After the pre-sale ends, we’ll begin production. Once production is complete and the items are in our fulfillment center, we’ll ship them to you.

 

3: What are the Pre-Sale Periods & Production Time?

• Pre-Sale Period (10/21/2024 - 11/18/2024): You can place your pre-sale order during this time.

• Production Time: After the pre-sale ends, production takes approximately 35-40 days. We’ll update you on progress and notify you once your order is on its way. 

 

4: When Will I Receive My Order?
Orders are estimated to ship 35-40 days after the pre-sale ends. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process. 

 

5: Can I Cancel or Change My Pre-Sale Order?
Yes! You can cancel or modify your pre-sale order anytime during the pre-sale dates (10/21/2024 - 11/18/2024).

Yes, your payment will be processed when you place your order to secure your pre sale product, size, and color.


7: Are Pre-Sale Items Returnable?
All sales are final unless there are defects in the product. If you receive a defective item, reach out to our customer care team here, and we’ll assist you.

 

8: I want to purchase some In- Stock Items and Pre Sale items!
Typically, all items are shipped together. To receive in-stock items faster, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-sale items.
